June 2026 Leadership SIG Virtual Meet-Up (02 Jun 2026)

Join us each month for the Greater Richmond ATD Leadership Special Interest Group (SIG). This is a free event for current and prospective organizational development, talent management, and learning leaders to network, learn, and share best practices.

Discussion is open and informal; engage with the monthly theme, or share a personal leadership hurdle for valuable insight from fellow thought leaders. You won't want to miss it!

June 2026 Location: Virtual

Topic for June: Crucial Conversations

Every leader faces high‑stakes conversations where emotions run high and the outcome matters. How you show up in those moments defines your leadership.

In June, we’re exploring Crucial Conversations by Patterson, Grenny, McMillan & Switzler — a leadership classic for a reason. If you can, read or listen before June 2nd (many libraries offer it free through the Libby app).

We’ll discuss your default responses under pressure, early signals you’re slipping into silence or force, and how to return to safety and intentionality.

Whether you’ve read the book or not, this will be a great conversation about great conversations.
