TD Capability Model

All events must relate to the ATD Talent Development Capability Model. Learn more about this model on the global ATD website. The speaker proposal includes a section to share how your topic aligns with the model.

Audience

Our community consists of Talent Development Professionals in roles across Learning & Development, Human Resources, and Consulting in the Greater Richmond Area.

Events

Our monthly events are 60 minutes long with ample time for Q&A and interactivity. We are looking for topics in: Evaluating Learning Impact, Coaching, Instructional Design, Performance Improvement or another topic that aligns with the Talent Development Capability Model^TM.
