The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is a professional development organization supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees in organizations around the world. The association was previously known as the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). ATD is a national organization with regional chapters across the country. Chapters are run by talent development professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to help members develop an active and vibrant local talent development community. The Greater Richmond chapter of the ATD is fully compliant in all areas of performance.
