Your Richmond ATD chapter is partnering with Community College Workforce Alliance to offer this 4-day intensive Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Certification program that teaches you how to administer and interpret the MBTI® assessment and report professionally and ethically. The curriculum includes:

  • An overview of the theory of psychological type
  • Exploration of the four dichotomous scales that result in the 16 personality types
  • Applications for the MBTI® instrument when working with both individuals and organizations on team building, leadership, and management development
  • A skill-building session for giving basic type feedback
  • Experiential exercises to reinforce participant learning
  • A full day on the MBTI® Step II instrument
  • Discussion of the ethical use of the Indicator
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be certified to purchase the restricted Step 1 MBTI® Form M and MBTI® Step II Form Q instruments.
